Angela Langer is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), and board licensed clinical supervisor, practicing as a therapist, coach and consultant.

Angela started practicing as a mental health therapist in 2016 and through her journey as a therapist, she came to recognize common patterns, particularly in neurodivergent high achieving women. In 2019 she started her private practice and began to specialize in serving women with invisible differences who are burning themselves out trying to fit into an ideal.

In her work as a therapist, Angela is driven by her mission to change the ways in which clients experience therapy and self-help.

As owner of Foundations Mental Health Services, Angela continues her work as a clinical supervisor and psychotherapist helping high-achieving women.  She has supported hundreds of women in her one-on-one practice, helping them to go from chronic burnout to thriving in a life they love.
