Who is Ellie Blahnik, MA, LMFT?

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in Family Systems work. My passion is working with families and children in all aspects of their life journey.

Family Systems are complicated. Often, we are bringing certain things from our childhood to the system without even knowing. We also, don’t take the time to know what might be triggering us when something in our system is in Chaos.

Having the ability to process through obstacles that come with being in a family unit will allow you and your family to grow together.

How will we work together?

At Foundations Mental Health Services, I offer both in-person or online therapy services.

What about your education and experience?

I received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy through Saint Mary’s University.

I have worked in the non-profit world for the last ten years, focusing on children who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety Disorder and Emotional/Behavioral disorders.

I am currently DC 0-5 Verified and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.
